Contact waterfall.sh

waterfall.sh does not collect support requests through a website form. Use one of the project’s existing public channels so the maintainer can see the context and respond there.

GitHub issues

Use the public repository’s issue tracker for reproducible bugs, installation problems, documentation corrections, or feature requests. Do not include API keys, payment details, private repository content, or other secrets.

Public X profile

Use the linked public profile for a product or purchase question that does not belong in a software issue. The profile is hosted by X and is governed by X’s own terms and privacy practices.

Before reporting a problem

The waterfall.sh repository includes setup instructions and records the current product limitations. For the Windows app, note that v0.1.0 is unsigned and may show a SmartScreen warning; native macOS and Linux desktop packages are not published.
